Terms & Conditions

1. Full and final payment is required within 14 days of job completion.
    
2. All materials remain the property of R. Lomas & Son until paid for in full.
    
3. If a problem with work carried out by R. Lomas & Son arises, R. Lomas & Son must be the first to be notified. If another contractor carries out repairs then R. Lomas & Son's guarantee is void.
    
4. When re-covered, all flat roofs can only follow the existing shapes and falls. Some holding of water may occur. This is no disadvantage to the roof.
    
5. R. Lomas & Son must be told of any vents, outlets and pipes that have been previously removed from roofs before any remedial work by R. Lomas & Son is carried out. If not, this remains the responsibility of the owners of the property.
    
6. R. Lomas & Son will only be responsible to the person who has contracted them and paid for any work carried out.
    
7. Any work over £5,000 may require a deposit.
